1. Payments, Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds: – All payments are non-refundable. – Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice; failure to do so results in inability to change booking. – Refunds are not issued due to illness, but clients may reschedule once before re-booking. – Cancellations are not refunded.
2. Punctuality: – Booking individual must be punctual. Lateness over 30 minutes without prior notice results in automatic cancellation without refund or rescheduling. – Late notification of lateness does not delay hire start time. Session ends at scheduled time; any additional time is considered overtime.
3. Capacity: – Capacity includes all team members. Additional attendees will be asked to leave immediately; exceeding capacity results in termination without refund or rescheduling. – Maximum capacity: Under 4 hours – 6; 4 hours or more – 8.
4. Pets & Animals: – No dogs or pets allowed without prior consent. Arrival with animals without consent may result in immediate termination of booking without refunds or rescheduling.
5. Overtime & Damages: – Setup and take down time must be within booked hours to avoid overtime charges. – Overtime payment (£40 per additional hour) required upfront; may be charged directly to card on file. – Additional charges apply for specific backdrop use. – Client is responsible for damages and repaint fees if applicable; charges may be applied directly to card on file.
6. Eating, Drinking & Smoking: – Eating and drinking allowed, but not on backdrops or cove space. – Strictly NO alcohol or drugs permitted; non-compliance leads to immediate termination without refund or rescheduling. – No smoking indoors; use designated outdoor area.
7. Professional Conduct: – Photography/videography limited to booked studio space. Surrounding areas not for client use. – Maintain respectable noise levels and respect neighboring businesses. – Do not occupy communal spaces after session. – Disrespectful behavior results in immediate termination and potential further action.
8. Other: – Staff are not responsible for lighting setups or shoot outcomes. – No smoke machines permitted. – Music videos/live music require prior approval.
9. Final Agreement: – Online booking implies agreement to all terms and conditions. Violation results in immediate session termination without refund or rescheduling.
I acknowledge and agree to MARSE STUDIOS 2024 hire contract terms. I am responsible for all team members during my studio rental, including liability for any damages, overtime charges, or additional fees.
